UT Dots was formed in November of 2005 to commercialize "Chemical Aerosol-Flow Synthesis" technology from the
University
of
Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign. Our mission is to bring
inexpensive, high quality nanoparticles to the market, accelerate
technological progress, and contribute to a better quality of life. To
achieve this, UT Dots' objectives are to successfully develop chemical
aerosol-flow methods for large-scale production capacity and to extend
our technology to the synthesis of novel nanomaterials for commercial
applications. Our strength is in our unique patented technology and
know-how, which allows for the synthesis of various size surface
stabilized nanoparticles from aerosol.
